Project Description:

  • Two sets of LPSRITS ROW single-row closed hot and cold aisle system modular data center
  • A set of LPSRITS SYSTEM single row channel system modular data center

 

Solution introduction

 

According to customer needs, this project requires the construction of three sets of modular data center computer rooms, two of which are LPSRITS ROW single-row 8-cabinet closed cold aisle systems, and one is LPSRITS SYSTEM single-row channel 11-cabinet modular system.

 

LPSRITS ROW & LPSRITS SYSTEM series single-row/single-channel modular data center solutions are integrated data center product solutions that integrate multiple systems such as power supply and distribution, cooling, monitoring, cabinets, wiring, and security. The main scenarios are used in finance, education, small and medium-sized enterprises, government, energy and other fields.

 

LPSRITS ROW & LPSRITS SYSTEM series single row/single channel modular data center system adopts modular and standardized design, using the cabinet as the basic unit, and carries out cabinet-based design for power distribution, UPS and air conditioning, achieving the minimum granularity of the cabinet. Modular deployment and extremely fast delivery feature small footprint, rapid deployment, flexible expansion, intelligent management and cost savings.

 

In this project, three groups of systems adopt the following configurations:

  1. Two sets of LPSRITS ROW single-row closed hot and cold aisle system modular data center, Configuration for each group:
  • LRS-61442 standard server cabinet: 7 units
  • Integrated cabinet: 1 set, based on LRS-61442 standard cabinet integrating the following equipment:
  • Single-channel 125A/3P rack-mounted power distribution unit: 1 set
  • LRS-CDA1013 rack-mounted precision air conditioner: 2 units
  • LRS-MRAP10 dynamic environment monitoring system: 1 set
  • High-frequency HY30KRS rack-mounted UPS host: 1 set
  • 6-GFM-100 12V100AH battery: 96 pieces​
  • Related configurations for single-row hot and cold aisles: 1 set
  1. LPSRITS SYSTEM single-row channel 11-cabinet modular system, the configuration is as follows:​
  • LRS-61242 standard server cabinet: 11 units
  • LRS-CRA3025 inter-row precision air conditioner: 2 units
  • LRS-JM160PA integrated power distribution cabinet: 1 unit
  • N60KVA modular UPS: 1 set
  • 6-GFM-100 12V100AH battery: 192 pieces
  • LRS-MRAP800 dynamic environment monitoring system: 1 set
  • 1200mm cold aisle containment system: 1 set, equipped with LRS-D12SA manual sliding door

 

Solution value

4. Flexible:

  • Modular design can be constructed on demand and implemented step by step to facilitate expansion and reduce the complexity of the computer room;
  • De-engineering design makes it possible to build equipment, speed and personalize the data center;
  • Servers, storage, and network equipment can be flexibly installed in IT cabinets. Network cabinets and cable troughs are integrated into modules, allowing for flexible network deployment.

5. Intelligence:

  • A comprehensive monitoring and management system with complete functions, embedded network monitoring, and easy remote monitoring and management of various functional modules;
  • Through a variety of sensors and collectors, various uninterrupted real-time monitoring functions including power supply and distribution, UPS, air conditioning, micro-environment, water leakage, video, etc. can be realized, and access control management can be configured;
  • It has multiple alarm channels such as email, SMS, sound and light, etc. to send out alarm information in real time and cooperate with managers to solve problems;
  • Store device data and count PUE values to provide computer room managers with real operation and maintenance data, reduce workload, and promote the development of the computer room business.
